　　好消息！在最近公布的2021年QS排名中，布雷達(dá)大學(xué)在“酒店休閑管理”榜單位列第23位。酒店休閑管理包括酒店管理、所有旅游研究項(xiàng)目和所有休閑學(xué)院的研究項(xiàng)目。（想象工程碩士項(xiàng)目除外）

　　Why study International Facility Management at BUas?

　　We spend quite some time in public areas, such as shopping centres, schools, football stadiums, hospitals, theatres and the companies we work for. The facility manager ensures that the facilities in these buildings meet all requirements. In this way, customers feel comfortable and employees inspired.

In the study programme of International Facility Management students learn to operate in a broad field in which they can help to maintain and improve the quality of life, manage systems and processes, and integrate people, places and technology. In other words, the employees, (core) processes and technology are central and the facility manager is the connector!

　　Facility Management is a growing industry, as people around the world are spending most of their time – both personally and professionally – in man-made facility environments. There is a great need for new facility managers, millions of jobs that need to be filled – it is a wide open field with many opportunities. Graduates of the Facility Management programme are very versatile and therefore in demand for various positions. They have endless career possibilities – actually too many to mention, but a few examples are: facility manager, innovation manager, work environment advisor or event manager at multinationals, event agencies, catering, cleaning and security organisations or real estate companies.
