駐英使館通知2月19日起，英國(guó)赴華人員需前往指定機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行核酸和抗體檢測(cè)

　　2月17日，中國(guó)駐英大使館發(fā)布最知：自2月19日起，英國(guó)赴華人員需前往指定機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行核酸和抗體檢測(cè)。

　　大使館完整通知如下：

　　南昌留學(xué)云小編幫同學(xué)們整理了一些重點(diǎn)信息。

　　1. 規(guī)定檢測(cè)時(shí)間為，離英航班起飛的當(dāng)日或之前的2個(gè)自然日。

　　2. 赴華乘客在進(jìn)行核酸和抗體取樣時(shí)，應(yīng)提醒檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)在出具檢測(cè)報(bào)告后及時(shí)向中國(guó)駐英國(guó)使領(lǐng)館備案，并明確授權(quán)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)向使領(lǐng)館提供個(gè)人信息，包括但不限于姓名、性別、生日、護(hù)照號(hào)碼、檢測(cè)結(jié)果等。

　　3. 中國(guó)公民應(yīng)通過(guò)微信小程序申領(lǐng)帶“HS”標(biāo)志的健康碼，具體方法如下：

　　4. 提交資料時(shí)除核酸和抗體檢測(cè)報(bào)告外，還應(yīng)包括行程單以及至少1份能夠證明本人在英國(guó)停留已經(jīng)超過(guò)28天的資料，如BRP卡、學(xué)生證、帶姓名和地址的水電燃?xì)赓~單或銀行對(duì)賬單、最近一次入境記錄等。

　　5. 大使館建議“非必要，不旅行”。如近期確有緊迫原因赴華，請(qǐng)選擇英國(guó)出發(fā)后中轉(zhuǎn)1次抵華的航線，對(duì)于自英國(guó)出發(fā)后中轉(zhuǎn)2次及以上的乘客，中國(guó)駐英國(guó)使領(lǐng)館將不審批健康碼。

　　6. 離英航班起飛時(shí)間在中午12:00之前的乘客，請(qǐng)務(wù)必于前一日晚上21:00之前提交健康碼，以免影響行程。

　　7. 駐英大使館將根據(jù)工作需要對(duì)指定機(jī)構(gòu)名單進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整，請(qǐng)赴華人員在預(yù)約檢測(cè)當(dāng)天登陸使館網(wǎng)站查閱最新指定機(jī)構(gòu)名單。
