關(guān)于對(duì)簽證申請(qǐng)人采集指紋的通知

　　根據(jù)中國(guó)有關(guān)法律法規(guī)，中國(guó)駐瑞士使館、駐蘇黎世兼駐列支敦士登公國(guó)總領(lǐng)館將于2021年1月12日起委托中國(guó)簽證申請(qǐng)服務(wù)中心全量采集簽證申請(qǐng)人指紋信息。

　　以下人員可以免采:

　　一、未滿14周歲或超過(guò)70周歲人員；

　　二、持有外交護(hù)照或符合中國(guó)外交、禮遇簽證審發(fā)條件人員；

　　三、持公務(wù)護(hù)照赴駐華使領(lǐng)館常駐人員；

　　四、五年內(nèi)持同一本護(hù)照在同一使領(lǐng)館（同一簽證申請(qǐng)中心）申辦簽證并采集過(guò)指紋人員；

　　五、十個(gè)手指均殘缺或十指指紋均無(wú)法留存人員。

　　請(qǐng)注意，申請(qǐng)人須本人親自留取指紋，如出現(xiàn)他人冒充本人留取指紋情況，申請(qǐng)人將可能被拒絕進(jìn)入中國(guó)境內(nèi)，由此產(chǎn)生的一切后果由申請(qǐng)人本人承擔(dān)。

　　Notice on Fingerprints Collection of Visa Applicants

　　December 31st， 2020

　　In accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations， the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Switzerland and the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Zurich and for the Principality of Liechtenstein will entrust the Chinese Visa Application Service Center to collect the ten fingerprints of visa applicants starting from January 12， 2021.

　　Applicants listed as follows are exempt from the aforementioned requirements:

　　1. Applicants under the age of 14 or above the age of 70；

　　2. Applicants who hold diplomatic passports or who are qualified for diplomatic and courtesy visas；

　　3. Members of the diplomatic and consular posts in China with service passports；

　　4. Applicants who have fingerprints collected within the last five years at the same Chinese Embassy/Consulate General or Chinese Visa Application Service Center and are applying with the same passport；

　　5. Applicants who lost all ten fingers or whose fingerprints collection is physically impossible.

　　Please be noted that applicants shall provide their fingerprints in person at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center. Applicants who forge fingerprints or use other people’s fingerprints will be denied entry into China and shall bear all the consequences themselves.
