學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)期間將參加每年六個(gè)月的帶薪實(shí)習(xí)。實(shí)習(xí)是課程的一部分并由學(xué)院協(xié)助安排。許多國(guó)際連鎖酒店會(huì)在學(xué)生畢業(yè)之際親臨本院招聘優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生。學(xué)生可在瑞士或海外的酒店及餐飲行業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)。實(shí)習(xí)月薪不低于2168瑞郎 。
